On Arraignment Date:

  • Sign court’s jacket
  • Address AG about discovery and offer
  • State your name and client’s name CLEARLY for court reporter
  • Enter “plea of not guilty,” Waive formal reading of indictment,” Ask for “report date”
  • Email AG and file discovery motion within 20 days
