I’m going to create a #salsa diet #myplate

My Mom got me a Black & Decker 8 cup food processor for Holiday Gift, so I’m going to use ChooseMyPlate.gov to create a Salsa Diet.  Somehow, I will figure out a collection of three salsas that will allow me to get all my fruits and vegetables in every serving.  I’m going to collect recipes and post them here SALSA RECIPES Each salsa will have fruits and/or veggies, along with other fresh/pantry ingredients to taste.

The meal plan will be to have salsa with eggs or chicken for each meal, salsa with tortilla chips or greek yogurt for snacks. Rounding out the calories and servings with my indulgences: Flavored creamer and Coffee, Belvita crackers, Slim-Fast shakes, and Baby-bel snack cheese.

Everything Else (8+ servings) – I grocery shop at Lit and Kroger and use Ibotta to earn cash back (referral link)
