“Father/daughter relationship” still “skeevy” if you ask me. I don’t think men are capable of networking with women. Sure they can hire women, but for effective networking, men have higher opinions of women they are attracted to, physically and mentally, obviously no room for emotions in the workplace. So you’re stuck playing their game and proving that they need to respect you as a woman at same time.
I’ve told the DOB types who have attempted to cross then banter line “I may cause trouble I don’t get into trouble.”
