Day 1 of working towards Hott Body…

I guess if I publish this to the world, its a sort of accountability to keep this up…
 
Walked down Main Street with LP, for about 45 mins. Then came back and did the Flatten Your Belly : Basic Workout from the Look Great Naked : pre-summer GUIDE in the May 2009 issue of Women’s Health. Pretty simple plan, involves a circuit of plank, side plank, glute bridge march, and lunge with rotation. Standard but effective movements, so I foresee good things. I’m totally out of practice, so I’m barely making it through the full circuits, but I’ll get back into rhythm soon. There’s also a Melt Your Middle : Cardio Plan to go along with the workout, I’ll give that a try next week. Its an interval training plan, so I don’t know if I can handle it with LP and downtown. I don’t want to get in the car or go to them gym, I really enjoy spending time with my boo. Well its shower time, then prepare for a hearing in Juvenile Court and prepare to race to 201 Poplar for everything I have there too!
