I was going through the information I copied from the Court Clerk’s jacket for Clyde Chalmers and found an approved request to film proceedings by Fox 13 WHBQ-TV dated August 28, 2006. I’m not sure if I need to contact them or wait for them to contact me. I really don’t want to be caught deer-in-headlights on the 5pm news. The case was “closed” in April 2008 and reopened last week. I want to control my client’s exposure as well as make appropriate motions to change venue if the jury could be biased. What would you think about deciding guilty/innocence of someone who has plead guilty once before?
“There will be a videographer standing by outside [the] courtroom.”

Does anyone have any advice on writing press releases or working (dealing) with the media?
