Miss Attorney Ma'am

I was going through the information I copied from the Court Clerk’s jacket for Clyde Chalmers and found an approved request to film proceedings by Fox 13 WHBQ-TV dated August 28, 2006. I’m not sure if I need to contact them or wait for them to contact me. I really don’t want to be caught deer-in-headlights on the 5pm news. The case was “closed” in April 2008 and reopened last week. I want to control my client’s exposure as well as make appropriate motions to change venue if the jury could be biased. What would you think about deciding guilty/innocence of someone who has plead guilty once before?

I just found out last week that Matt Nathanson is playing at the Peabody Rooftop and I just found out this morning that Jesse McCartney is playing with New Kids on the Block at the Mud Island Amphitheater.
I’ve always been very lame when it came to live music. Honestly, I prefer to talk and be social, so being quiet to listen to music while dirty and part of a crowd? Not my style. I’ve never even been to Beale Street Music Fest.
But this looks to be a summer of change, this year will be a Summer of Music for me in Memphis. Last summer was my Summer of Baseball.
