Ghost River Brewing offers brewery tours every Saturday afternoon at 1 PM. The tour is free, but we appreciate a reservation so we know how many people to expect. I went to Slow Sipping With Ghost River Brewery, A brewery tour and tasting with Slow Food Memphis on Monday. I happened to catch the notice in the Memphis Flyer Calendar of Events and was able to catch the tail end of the tour with my just-graduated-from-law-school mentee Jason Wong. I wasn’t able to hear much, so I’d like to go again just to listen, but the generous “samplings” of all of the regular and seasonal beers were more than enough reason to go back.
